Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture
Facial rejuvenation acupuncture also known as cosmetic acupuncture is a painless, non-surgical method of reducing the signs of the aging process. Facial rejuvenation acupuncture is a revitalization process designed to help the whole body look and feel younger. Facial rejuvenation acupuncture can lift the face and bring and luster to it. As a result, sometimes it is referred to as an Acupuncture Facelift. Facial rejuvenation acupuncture treatment involves inserting tiny, hair-like needles into the face and the body. Needles create stimulation to the facial tissue by increasing blood circulation and thus producing more collagen resulting in less wrinkle formation and tighter skin. This allows the skin to be nourished, oxygenated and moisturized. Hence, the treatment improves the complexion and elasticity of the skin.
The aging signs on the face are directly related to the root cause of other health concerns. Thus, the Facial rejuvenation acupuncturist will treat the face while simultaneously addressing the underlying factors that contribute to the aging process on the face. As a result, during each treatment medical acupuncture is used as well. This will help in achieving a radiant skin and will help address other health concerns such as stress, pain, and insomnia.

What to Expect During the Treatment?
The treatment involves the insertion of very fine facial acupuncture needles into specific points on the head and face with body points added to correlate with patient’s health imbalances. After washing the face and preparing it with natural tuner, facial Gua Sha and massage will be done to improve the circulation and reduce the tension on the face. This will relax the whole body and will make the treatment more effective and a pleasant experience. Each treatment takes about 75 minutes, with the needles left in place for about 25-30 minutes. During this time, you relax on one of our comfortable and warm treatment tables with lights dimmed and soft music playing for a total relaxation experience. Results are often noticed within the first 4 treatments.

With fillers, chemical peels and laser treatments patients commonly experience puffiness, swelling, bruising and extended bed rest and downtime.
